This notice explains the small amount of information used by the Shatterwake Ascension wishlist sign-up.
Controller
Eudemonia Interactive Oyun ve Teknoloji AŞ is the data controller.
What we collect
We collect the email address you submit. We also record that you gave consent, the website as the signup source, and the time the signup was saved. We do not collect a name, phone number, birth date, child data, or tracking profile through this form.
Purpose and lawful basis
We use the email for Shatterwake Ascension launch and important update notifications. The lawful basis is your consent.
First-party storage and single opt-in
The form posts to our own same-origin endpoint and the signup is stored in our Cloudflare D1 database. We do not send it to a separate third-party form, mailing-list, or email-marketing service. This is single opt-in: the address is saved when you submit with the consent box selected. No confirmation email or other email is sent as part of signup.
Retention and deletion
We retain the signup only for as long as needed for the launch and update notification purpose, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. To request deletion, email privacy@eudemoniagames.com from, or identify, the address you submitted.
